Refund policy

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To initiate a return or cancellation, you can do so directly via your customer account at https://account.metalmanagers.com or by contacting us at order@metalmanagers.com.

Once you have exercised your right of cancellation, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us:

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Refund: We will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs (outbound shipping), to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase. You can process a cancellation via your customer account.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
