Shipping Terms

Delivery Area: We ship exclusively within the European Union. Deliveries outside the EU are currently not possible.

Shipping & Delivery Times: All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We use PostNL as our shipping provider. The stated delivery times are estimates provided by PostNL and may vary depending on the destination country and current shipment volumes:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Other EU countries (e.g., Germany, Belgium, France): 3–5 business days
  • More distant EU countries (e.g., Spain, Portugal, Greece): 5–8 business days

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs depend on package size and destination country:

Netherlands:

  • Letter-box parcel (up to 2 kg): €4.25
  • Small parcel (up to 3 kg): €5.85
  • Medium parcel (up to 10 kg): €6.95

Other EU countries:

  • Letter-box parcel (up to 1 kg): €10.25
  • Small parcel (up to 2 kg): €11.00
  • Standard parcel (up to 5 kg): €19.50

Free shipping applies to orders of €100 or more.

Note: Since we ship within the EU, no customs duties or import charges apply.
